At Le Hunte Holdings Australia Pty Ltd, we value your satisfaction and aim to make returns as simple and fair as possible, in line with Australian Consumer Law.

 

Change of Mind Returns

If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 14 days of product arrival for a refund.

  • Items must be in original condition and unused with all original packaging.

  • Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

  • A flat shipping fee of $12 AUD applies to all orders and is non-refundable.

  • Refunds will be processed once the returned item is received and inspected by Le Hunte Holdings.

 

Faulty or Damaged Products

If your product arrives damaged or faulty, we will:

  • Cover all return shipping costs.

  • Offer a free exchange or full refund, based on your preference.

  • Process the refund or dispatch the replacement once the faulty item is received and assessed.
